Where do I start? We moved to California from Oklahoma and met Liz at an open house she had in Oceanside. Liz was so nice and professional it struck a chord with me. When we decided it was time to purchase our new home in California Liz was our first choice to find us a home. Liz worked tirelessly to find an amazing new development neighborhood in Bonsall. After a few years Covid started and we decided to move back to Oklahoma. Again, Liz was our first choice for our realtor. She came in and told us what she thought our house would sell for and we then listed it. The professional photos and marking material were what I would expect in a 50-million-dollar home. They were so good it should have been in a magazine. Within 3 days we had multiple offers all over the listing price. We got the house negotiated for a huge record price with Liz’s professional assistance. Liz was also very helpful to find us a short-term rental in an amazing vacation rental. I would say it was a pleasure having Liz on our side. She is always willing to help in any way she can. I have sent multiple people her way and they all have the same feelings about her abilities.

Liz recently helped us find a beautiful home in a great neighborhood in Temecula. It having been almost fifteen years since we went through the home buying process, Liz made sure we considered all kinds of unthought of factors in neighborhood and home selection to make sure we got the right home in the right place… and we did! And under asking and appraised value as well! She did all this with our living on the East Coast, which required us to take part in much of the process remotely. Liz wrangled all the cats, from working with our motgage broker (in a third location), the seller’s agent, the numerous inspectors and repair companies involved, etc…. Any time we had a question or concern she responded immediately and had it addressed promptly. Much appreciated Liz!
